Nightmare + mouse

Lady in the reception wasn’t very welcoming and she was rude at times. Room card didn’t open and she wasn’t happy about it even though it wasn’t my fault the card was damaged! In the end I had to move to a different room as there wasn’t a valid card in the building and she didn’t even apologise To make this stay more enjoyable, I found a mouse in the breakfast area… never again!

Staff was awesome. Parking was more expensive than we expected due to having large vehicle and since we wanted in and out we had to pay for valet. So instead of $25/ day advertised self park we paid $80/ day.

The property is located on the corner of 13th street so there is traffic noise at all hours but that’s to be expected downtown. The building is clean, and neat for an older building. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful! Maleck at checkin was so helpful in providing information to help with our visit and stay at the hotel! The restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful. It really made our stay very enjoyable!

It is a lovely hotel which places you right in the middle of Philly life. And the included breakfast is very good. The restaurant/bar in the hotel is quite nice. The chef adds special touches to each dish. And tge wait staff is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.
