Not worth the Money

We were there for four night, I had to request for serotonin our room those 4 days. The floor was never swept or mopped the entire time. Bed was straightened, clean towels were left along with replacement of coffee pods. The dust and dirt continued to build up on the floor which made us feel very uncomfortable. Mold was in the cracks along the shower walls. This room was not worth the price we paid.

This is a great place to stay for sporting events in Philadelphia. However it would be nice that when we checked in and were told everything was already paid for that when we checked out we would have a resort fee because we booked through a third party. I saw the charge on my card two days later. No one said anything about a resort fee. It would just be nice to know

Casino and Phillies game over the 4th.

Very nice stay. Room was comfortable and quiet. Lots of room and very clean. My wife literally wipes for dust wherever she goes and she gave it 2 thumbs-up! Bed was awesomely comfortable and the view of the city at night was inspiring. We are picky about food too and it was excellent throughout the venue. The Bell-Hop "Joe" was the best. He took our bags out to the garage to load up and checked us out with no hassles. Great customer service!

First of all the pictures are deceiving. I would have thought that a casino attached to a hotel would be more upscale than this. Especially for the price we paid.The room was a 2 out of 5. There was a dirty and tattered rug on the floor of the bathroom. Furnishings were okay but not fancy. There were a lot of hidden extra fees. First, the restaurant downstairs had an added automatic gratuity added to our bill just because it was a holiday. This would have been fine if we would have been told prior to ordering our meal. We would have been fine paying this. My husband requested the manager who was not very helpful. He had to pull out the light on his cell phone to show him the added gratuity in fine print on the menu. It was just 2 of us. Next, there was a charge of $242 placed on our credit card for incidentals. That is fine, but we were told that this would be applied back to our credit card upon checkout. However, this was not the case. There was a charge of $92 taken out of this $292 for incidentals. This was not explained at checkin. The charge was for the coffee that I drank in the room. Normally coffee in the room is complimentary, but I guess this is not true for LIVE! If I would have known that I would have not drank the 4 cups of coffee. Very expensive coffee. So, beware of your stay at LIVE, there are a lot of unexpected and hidden fees and the hotel is not that great. I think lots of money was spent on the casino area not the hotel area.

Amazing value for price and convenience — clean, quiet, and absolutely perfect for the Bank, the Linc, and Wells Fargo Center! Will definitely be back (even tho I don’t gamble)!
