The property advertised that there was a swimming pool and free breakfast and neither of these amenities were available. The phone charges in our rooms were broken. I would not have stayed at this hotel if I knew there was not a breakfast or pool.

“Security” was rude to different members of our group of 10 guests. He covered the front desk at night. Was seen away from the front desk watching TV in lobby late at night. Lots of choices in that area near airport but will choose a different hotel next time.

My wife and I really enjoyed our weekend stay! We did not spend a ton of time at the hotel but it was everything that we could've asked for...close to the airport, transportation provided, and it wasn't very far from the Convention center in Philly. Well there is one thing, it would have been nice to have complementary breakfast. The restaurant was convenient but pricey and I wouldn't say it was the best due to tough bread. But hey, all and all, I would certainly stay here again! In fact, if we end up in Philly, we will. Staff as very nice and helpful. Bless you guys!

I didn't like that I had to wait to check into my room, It was after 7:30 pm? She said there were no rooms ready because of the airline customers, there check in/ out is 8 to 8. I did have a reservation that was prepaid. The ladies behind the check in counter that night and morning were not friendly AT ALL. Both were on their phones and I had to wait for them to finish their conversation.
