A Perfect Stay at Comfort Suites (Bethlehem PA) My husband & I recently had the pleasure of staying at Comfort Suites Bethlehem, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with a smile. The room was absolutely perfect—spacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we were able to get the best night’s sleep. The attention to detail in the room, from the linens to the amenities, made our stay feel like a true retreat. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch as well. We particularly enjoyed the Hill to Hill Grille in the lobby. The prices and the food – they offer room service! – were perfect. The hotel is in excellent proximity to the arts district and Wind Creek casino. What truly set this stay apart was the service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, and their warmth and hospitality made our feel right at home. Overall, our stay at Comfort Suites Bethlehem was nothing short of perfect. We can’t wait to return in the summer and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast that was included had plenty to offer everyone very close to many of the Christmas and shopping attractions having the free shuttle made it extra special.. thank you to Jeanette for hauling us around all weekend

Absolutely unacceptable safety situation and an even worse staff response. While staying at this hotel, five individuals walked past my parked car late at night, opened their van’s sliding door, and then approached me directly while I was seated in the passenger seat. This was not a casual stroll — they came straight toward me. My Doberman went into full protection posture, and only after I commanded her to heel did the group stop approaching. One of them even said, “Well, I guess we can call this a wrap for tonight,” before closing the van door and leaving. That alone would be disturbing enough, but what happened next is what convinced me never to stay here again. I went inside immediately to ask the staff to check the security footage. The receptionist acted confused, flustered, and suddenly “couldn’t find the clip.” Then they pulled up an old recording of me going outside, played it for nearly thirty minutes, and acted like I wouldn’t notice they were avoiding the actual footage. Their behavior came off as evasive, unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable given the seriousness of what had just happened. My safety concern was brushed off. The footage mysteriously went missing. And the staff looked irritated instead of concerned. This back parking lot is not secure, and judging by the staff’s reaction, you should not expect transparency or support if something happens. If you value your safety or basic honesty from hotel staff, look elsewhere.

Breakfast was very good. The older woman who maintains it is purely a delight. Very friendly and goes out of her way to make sure customers have what they need. Our room was modernized and extremely clean. Bar had good food too!

You over booked charged me . I had no room when i got there. I had to go4 miles further to extend stay hotel pay more and have a nasty room , police arresting someone ,peopl in the hallway all night. I want my 107.00 you charged me refunded and i think you should pay for my nightmare at extendstay
