After a few hours of driving, i think the staff should have that in mind, i believe the majority of people travel a good distance to crash in a good hotel. And i don’t think 15 minutes early is not a difference to get your room, we were 15 minutes early and we were not allowed to get In the room in a very rude way. Is always a first time for everything. Other wise, was a very pleasant stay. The room was really good.

Every thing was excellent except for extremely low water flow from faucet in the bathroom sink. Brushing teeth, shaving etc was a burden.
