Staff could be friendlier. Gym is not a gym and based on the pictures to real real deal, we were very disappointed. Breakfast was okay but not very good. No flavor and very bland like nursing home food. Booked on Travelocity then was told I needed to pay more for the room when I arrived. Room and amenities were definitely not worth $212 for 1 night. Will never recommend an IHG hotel nor will I ever stay at one again. Very disappointing. Put your money into a nicer hotel in the area to enjoy your stay.

The room was perfect for our stay. Shopping was very convenient. Shower gels were nice in the dispenser. My fiance agrees.
