My family and I stayed here for a few days, and we truly appreciated the friendly staff, the spacious rooms, and the well-functioning AC and heating. The indoor pool was a big hit with my nieces, and the buffet breakfast was better than most I’ve had. The breakfast staff were especially sweet and welcoming. We can’t wait to visit Bethlehem again in the future and stay here again.

Very nice, clean hotel. I would rate a 4.5. The staff were very helpful and provided great customer service. We received the type of room we requested. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and the breakfast workers were friendly. The hotel location is close to excellent, reasonably priced restaurants. I would recommend the Apollo Grill and Twisted Olive.

The Hyatt in Bethlehem PA gets a high five for every step of the way. The staff at reception were friendly, the room was great. The included breakfast offered a good mix of options, and I took advantage of the gym and pool as well. All good.
