This is a perfect spot for a family holiday, in a quiet area and near the fabulous beaches of Almuñécar.

The single-storey house features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. The bathroom is provided with a shower.

The indoor area is characterised by a modern style. The light-filled dining-living room's decor is clear and features a 2-place sofa bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped, with a breakfast bar that's ideal for having your breakfast while sitting on the stools, or around the 6-place dining table.

The house is equipped with warm/cool air-con.

From the spacious living room, you can access a small garden where you can eat "al fresco", as you enjoy the views of the surrounding hills.

The house is also provided with a vast terrace, which is part of the shared area of the rental. The terrace is equipped with a wooden table and it overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. The pool area is incredibly wide, surrounded by a well-maintained garden, with palm trees and parasols. The swimming pool itself is huge, and it's perfect for swimming together with your family; it also relies on an outdoor shower. As you lean out from the pool area, you will enjoy the spectacular views of the Coast and the maritime promenade of Almuñécar.

The holiday home relies on a parking lot, and the access is possible via a paved lane.
