Front-row apartment overlooking the sea and beach with a cosy terrace – stunning views.
A lively holiday spot close to the centre of the typical Andalusian village of Almuñécar (1 km’s walk along a promenade by the sea).
The 53m² flat comprises an entrance hall, a bedroom with two single beds and sea views, and a living room with sea views (open-plan kitchen) featuring a sofa bed for two people plus a pull-out bed (for one person).
The sea-facing terrace is large enough to enjoy lunch on.
At the foot of the residence, there is a private swimming pool, local shops and restaurants.
There is also a bus stop right outside the residence which takes you to Almuñécar if you’d rather not walk there.

Primerísima línea de playa

Piso que se corresponde con lo descrito en el anuncio. Tuvimos suerte y aparcamos en el parking público cubierto justo en el paseo delante del edificio por sólo 10€/día (en pleno verano, compensa más que el descampado enfrente del parque acuático, mismo precio). Si volvemos a la zona, repetimos!

He pasado una estancia muy agradable tanto en julio como en agosto, la propietaria es encantadora, sin embargo con la Recepcion que se encargan de los apartamentos que te atiende tuve un problema grave con ellos ya que el día de mi entrada no tenían servicio de limpieza y no pudieron entregarme el apartamento, tuve que entrar un día más tarde y fue muy molesto porque toda la familia nos quedamos a dormir en un hotel en Almuñecar y fue costoso y molesto. La dueña del piso me dio una solución pero las personas de la Recepcion de los apartamentos no fueron profesionales y no supieron solucionarme el problema. Por lo demás todo bien. La playa es de piedras aunque a nosotros no nos importa para otras personas puede ser molesto. Almuñecar es muy bonito.

Hola el alojamiento aceptable primera línea de playa la playa con piedras enormes dentro y fuera del agua está o está fría o con medusas pero lo q peor m a sentado es q cogí un alojamiento con piscina xq es fundamental para mí y mi familia y estaba cerrada cosa q se les olvidó mencionar jamás hubiera contratado la vivienda si hubiera sabido q la página scona estaba vacía x cierto la de los demás bloques estaban abiertas.....

Buenas vacaciones

El piso es muy cómodo aunque los vecinos son ruidosos. Hay un autobús que lleva al pueblo y una lavandería en el mismo edificio que yo no utilicé. No tiene lavadora. Playa de piedras tranquila. Vistas maravillosas.

J'ai passé d'excellentes vacances dans cet appartement, la literie y est confortable, logement propre avec tout juste le nécessaire (manque qq plats pour la cusine), grande terrasse avec magnifique vue sur la mer, quelques bars, glaceries, petit magasin et restaurants à proximité. Pour les serviettes de bain, en prévoir malgré tout car seulement 2 grandes et 2 petites (pas changées pdt 2 semaines et sans machine à laver). Parking payant tout l'été dans quasi tout almuñecar. Et longues attentes pour avoir l'ascenseur (un seul petit ascenseur pour tt l'immeuble). Merci aux propriétaires pour leur confiance, je recommande cette location

Agréable séjour. Logement propre, bien équipé et charmant. Une magnifique vue. Une piscine propre et bien surveillée. Maître nageur et réceptionniste accueillants. Plage en bas de l'appartement. Seul bémol plage de galets donc s'équiper de sandales pour aller dans l'eau. Sinon on s'habitue vite aux galets plus pratique que le sable pas besoin de secouer les serviettes et les vêtements.

"J''ai passé un agréable séjour à Almunecar. L''appartement correspond exactement à l''annonce. Il est très bien situé, face à la mer et à proximité des magasins et des cafés, seul bémol la distance par rapport au centre ville pour les non sportifs. Il y a un arrête de bus au pied de la résidence. Le centre ville est à 15/20 min à pied. L''état du mobilier était moyen mais pas du tout gênant pour 2 semaines de vacances. Le seul bémol était la propreté de l''appartement à notre arrivée mais il me semble que c''était dû aux anciens locataires, sinon l''appartement reste correct. J''y retournerai l''année prochaine avec plaisir."
