And later enjoy a drink by the terrace grill in the beautiful modern terraced house on two floors. The house is part of a settlement designed by Jesus de Valle, which is one of Spain's best architects.

From both terraces of the house there are the most beautiful views of the Mediterranean, the Sierra Nevada mountain range and the marina Marina del Este and the finest beach. Besides the bath-friendly beach is a large pool right by the house.

The house is located to the east of the prestigious Punta de la Mona peninsula, 1.5 km from the small town of La Herradura in the most beautiful nature of the Costa Tropical. Here are countless opportunities to explore the Spanish nature and culture from horseback, by car or hike in the stunning mountain areas.

In La Herradura you will find delicious restaurants, bars, 2 km of beach and a cozy old town.
Here there are plenty of opportunities to relax and buy everything from groceries to beautiful ceramic dishes.
In addition, Malaga and Granada are less than 50 minutes away, with museums and city life providing opportunities for even more wonderful experiences.

Super maison!

Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t, avec tout l'Ă©quipement nĂ©cessaire et mĂȘme plus! Les deux terrasses, un vĂ©ritable atout. Nous avons largement profitĂ© des petits dĂ©jeuners et dĂźners face Ă  la mer! Une location que l'on peut vraiment recommandĂ©e !

Beautifully located property, with excellent views of the sea and a short drive to the nearby town. The house is well kitted with all creature comforts. Good kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms, great terraces and two toilets. Plenty of activities in the nearby towns such a s Nerja and AlmañĂșcar. La Herradura has good chiringitos as well as restaurants and small supermarkets. The beaches are mostly pebbley but nice for family swim. We had an excellent time and the view from the house is really to die for.

Incredible stay at this beautiful apartment. The photos don't do it justice. Beautiful views over the beach and the bay to Almunecar from a very good terrace. Really well equipped house. Fantastic for a two week stay. Nice shared pool just a few metres away. Twenty minute walk into La Herradura - hot but manageable. About 40 minutes to get to the marina - if you're fit. There is parking at the property but it is down a steep hill. Fine if you're a good driver and in a reliable car. Great communications from the owner.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the place. Would highly recommend and would definitely go there again

Um sĂ­tio muito especial

A casa da Anne Marie estå situada num sítio muito bonito com umas vistas incríveis sobre o mar. Para a praia íamos de carro. Hå uma perto a 8 m de carro é para Herradura demora um pouco mais 10 - 12 m mas vale a pena porque é uma praia grande e hå imensos cafés e restaurantes. Adoramos o mercado de Herradura.

Entspannte Urlaubstage in toller Lage

Wir haben in dieser schönen Lage zehn Tage Urlaub verbracht. Toll fanden wir die Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Blick aufs Mittelmeer und die geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Haus sollte an der ein oder anderen Stelle renoviert werden und es war nicht sehr sauber geputzt. Außerdem konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, was fĂŒr unsere Kinder sehr schade war. Wir haben jedoch eine gute finanzielle Lösung dafĂŒr gefunden.

Beautiful property

We had a lovely stay here. Unfortunately it poured with rain for 5 of our 7 day holiday so we stayed in the property. We watched television mainly. We had 1 day when it was clear there was a lovely view of the coast. We didn’t get chance to explore the area due to the weather but the property was only a couple of minutes drive from the coast.

Loved the house and the locatio

We truly enjoyed our stay at your home Anne Marie. The house was comfortable and well equipped. Sunrises from the balcony were spectacular and the location of the house was great for exploring area. We hope we left everything in order for you. I had a problem with the reading lamp in our bedroom but I contacted the person whom you said could help(Mr Bell if recall correctly) and he said he’d take care of it. Thank you

Wundervoll!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtet, dabei ist aber auch an alles Praktische gedacht worden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Highlight ist die wundervolle Terasse mit dem atemraubenden Blick - man hört sogar das Meer... Urlaubsstimmung garantiert! Leider wurde der Pool als wir da waren gerade saniert, Anne-Marie reagierte auf meine Nachfrage hin prompt und hat fĂŒr uns eine super Lösung organisiert! Danke! Wir kommen wieder! Die schöne Wohngegend liegt etwas abseits von La Herradura, in der Nebensaison schön ruhig, ein Auto war in unserem Fall zwingend notwendig um die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden.

Tolle Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit wunderschöner Terrasse in schöner Lage. Anne Marie war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar, um auf Fragen zu antworten. Das Haus war insgesamt sauber, nur zB die Auflagen der unteren Terrasse mussten wir nochmal absaugen (Staubsauger stand daneben). Aber ansonsten eine absolute Empfehlung.

An unforgettable home from home

A great property to stay in. Clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a wonderful relaxing time at the villa enjoying the beautiful views morning, noon and night. Wir haben ein wunderschönes Appartement vorgefunden, die Ausstattung ist super, die Kontakte zur Vermieterin warten sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Just the perfect get away location

The views from this apartment are absolutely stunning and sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise and set was just amazing!!! Anne Marie was the perfect host prior to our arrival and we were then in the very capable hands of Luis and Alex. Everything in the apartment was as stated and nothing disappointed. The resort itself was just beautiful ... the restaurants recommended lived up to our expectations. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

Calle Aldea 3 exceeded our expectations. As a group of 6 family and partners we had ample space.

We had a truly wonderful time and staying in this property added significantly to our enjoyment. Space, quality and views are all excellent. We debated whether or not to hire a car - we did- and could not have done without it. Meson Baena and El Salon were our top eateries and Active8 for kayaking and snorkeling also recommended. Our hostess and caretakers were very attentive. Highly recommend.

Traumhafter Blick

Die Lage ist traumhaft, aber ein Auto ist Pflicht. Die Wege sind sehr steil. Die Finca war sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, nur keine Kaffeemaschine. Der Blick von der Terrasse ĂŒber die Bucht mit dem Strand einfach super. Am Strand sind sehr viele Taucher, aber das Meer ist kristallklar mit sehr vielen Fischen. Man sollte seine SchnorchelausrĂŒstung mitnehmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in den Nachbarorten ca. 3 km entfernt.

A fabulous and unexpectedly awesome stay!

This place is absolutely fabulous! It met every expectation from the online listing, and exceeded our expectations with the view. La Herradura is a MUST VISIT, off the beaten path and quiet to tourism, which makes it a lovely and quiet experience. We really enjoyed the Marina beach, which can be reached by car just on the other side of the hill from La Herradura. They have a great outdoor restaurant with fabulous food and drinks, and you can rent beach chairs for 6 euros. A great spot for families with parking right at the beach. We also took a day trip to Granada, and another day trip to Frigilian and Nerja beach. This spot is so close to so much, and also just a great spot to stay for happy hours on the patio. We loved it, and Anne Marie was so helpful and hospitable!
