Detached villa in a residential area just 5 km from Altavilla Milicia, in the surroundings of Palermo and not far from beautiful sandy beaches. From the second floor terrace you can enjoy the sea view. The area offers renowned tourist destinations and beach resorts such as Palermo (25 Km) with its immense artistic wealth, Monreale (32 Km) with its beautiful cathedral and monastery, Cefalù (60 Km) with its fascinating beaches, Capo Zafferano (13 Km), a promontory with hat shape with spectacular views from Cefalù to Capo Gallo. The house is distributed on two levels, the wooden annex in the garden is not accessible.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own.
