🏞️ Waterfalls & Ecotourism (~40 mins): Visit the Actopan river region and El Descabezadero waterfalls for rafting, hiking, and natural pools.

🌊 Coastal Beaches (~50–60 mins): Take a scenic drive to Palma Sola or Boca de Ovejas along the Gulf coast for fresh seafood and ocean breezes.



Getting Around:

🚗 By Car: Driving is the best way to explore Alto Lucero, Xalapa, and nearby coastal beaches efficiently.

🅿️ Parking: On-site parking inside the property is provided for a seamless check-in.

🚌 Public Transit: Regional buses and local taxis are readily available from Alto Lucero connecting you directly to Xalapa city center (~40 mins).

✈️ Airport: Heriberto Jara International Airport (VER) in Veracruz city is approximately 1.5 hours away.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 3P local time. Checkout time is at 12 PM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 12 PM will have an additional cost.



Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.



To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.



Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

-You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

-You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

-You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.

-You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
