"We were heading out very early one morning for a tour and because breakfast was not served until 8:30 we would have missed it. They left everything in the fridge se we could help ourselves to breakfast very early. Very much appreciated. Susanna was wonderful and made us a fire and was very welcoming."

"Everything about the place is beautiful and deserves a longer stay to enjoy all the amenities. Unfortunately, the town is charming but does not offer much for more than 1 night. If I could do it again, I would arrive earlier to enjoy the facilities and great restaurants, spa, etc., and still have some time to walk around the charming town."

They took the time to ensure we had everything we needed and answer our questions about the property and local town. This cottage was exactly what we expected. Quiet, well supplied and with absolutely gorgeous views. It was a perfect location to visit several small towns in the local area and to rest and recharge. I HIGHLY recommend this property! "

"A lovely place. Has a nice café as part of the hotel that serves pastries and coffees and is also used by locals. The terrace has views over the river. We enjoyed relaxing by the small pool and it was located close to many restaurants. There is also a free public car park very close by."

"We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the historic sights and the walking trails. Also convenient to good dining options. The breakfast was really good as well. Nice, clean and affordable. There is no parking on-site but they have access to parking garage spaces in the same block for additional fee. "
