Very disappointed that the bar & restaurant were closed due to a private event and we were not informed of this before our visit. In addition, our room was not as booked. We had 2 separate beds but had requested a queen bed double when booking.

Our room was spacious and clean and we had a nice view of the water and the city. The location was good, only 10 minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station and easy walk to city centre and local pubs and restaurants. The staff were all very courteous and helpful especially Anastasia, Giorgia and Lorena at the front desk.

I absolutely loved my stay at Room Mate Aitana! The staff is super helpful and courteous and went out of there way to make our stay comfortable. My partner had his exam during our stay and they went out of the way to supply us Coffee pods and hot drinks to make sure his preparation stays on point. We had a lovely view from our window of the canals and overall the stay was very luxurious and the hotel was amazing.

Great room and lovely view :) staffs were okay. WiFi seemed to me an issue for the first day secondly very loud drilling noise at 6am which really put me off! Otherwise great location and clean hotel
