Staff was very efficient and friendly. Remembered my name after only a brief meeting at check in. Room was clean and fresh smelling. Best equipped ADA room I've ever been in. Heat was very controllable which made the room comfortable. Didn't have the opportunity to use the amenities but they looked very adequate.

The room was clean, just the mirrors needed some attention. The check out process was a little less friendly than check in.

The room was not as clean as it normally is when we’ve stayed there which was disappointing. And the toaster was broken so no toast for my kids or waffles. No syrup in the morning for the pancakes. However comfy beds and great location.

Very clean, room smelled so nice and clean. Check in was easy. Room was big. Pool was fine, nothing fancy but clean, water was warm and my kids loved it. It’s certainly not the most scenic location, it’s in a parking lot next to OfficeMax, but the hotel was nice and we’d stay again if traveling through Anchorage.

We kept getting conflicting information. One of the staff would tell us one thing and the next would tell us something completely different. Told us to call from the train station when we received our luggage but when I called they told us there were no more shuttles from the train. We got in at 11:00 pm and had to beg them to come pick us up. So much conflicting information.

The phone did not work to get to the staff to ask for a pillow when I finally got a hold of them from my cell phone. They told me they did not have extra pillows. What hotel does not have extra pillows on a random Monday night?????

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It is very run down. In my room the carpet was tattered and the lamp broken. There was no housekeeping service unless you scheduled it the day before. The treadmills in the gym were not good. I made the decision to check out and move to another hotel that was nicer and actually ended up being cheaper.
