This spacious four-bedroom/four-bathroom home is located only four blocks from the Angel Fire Resort ski basin and bike park. The primary bedroom is on the bottom floor and is furnished with a king-sized bed and its own private bathroom. The middle floor is an open-concept floor-plan with the family, kitchen, and dining rooms all connected. Also on this level is a full bathroom and two more bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed. The top floor is an open loft with six twin beds and a full bathroom. It is the perfect home for a large group gathering!

During the winter months, please keep in mind you are traveling to the mountains. All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
This property has so much potential but needs some updating. First and foremost the mattresses are horribly saggy and uncomfortable. At least one (the main floor master) is literally from 1985 (I checked the tag). The other main level bed was at least as bed. The downstairs master was only slightly better. The living room couches are also very old and uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The linens, towels, kitchen and bathrooms high touch surfaces were very clean. However this place desperately needs a deep clean. Thick dust and cobwebs on the wall hangings and light fixture over the kitchen table and spill on the glass of the oven, etc. Nothing that impacted our visit (although it definitely would if we had dust allergies) but it all added up to feel like kind of a dumpy house. It also needs an exterminator visit. We killed at least 5 spiders. It is in a great location and has great spaces. They even had sleds we could use for the kids. That being said we would definitely NOT return unless we were assured the mattresses had been replaced.
Very clean, comfortable, as described. Great location. Very nice home for large family. Checked in after hours. There were sleds for the kids to use. Would definitely rent again.
We thought the location was extremely nice and liked the layout of the home. However when we got there we couldnât even open the front door because ice made it impossible. Also the dryer did not work. We brought food from home and were terribly disappointed when the grill outside that was a feature in the home did not work. Thatâs just not right!
I have been to several vrbo earlier and this is the worst one. My first and foremost requirement was cleanliness of the property during this Covid situation but there was none. I dont know where to start.. from the bedsheet to pillow cover everything was like 100 years old and stained. We didnt feel safe using those bedsheets, pillows. Even if the property was okd atlease someone can get expect interior would be clean and clean but there were cob web, dead flies everywhere. Need to say it was advertised as 4 bedrooms but it is acually 3 bedrooms. I dont know how can someone list this property for rental. When i called vrbo regarding the clean bedsheets and all i have been told that its a old property. I guess if property is old then the sheets and interior also have to be aged otherwise you dont get that feeing living in the old wrecked house. I could have uploaded the pics but there is no option and i think it is not given intentionally.
The house is in the perfect location if you're hitting the mountain biking park. It's about a two minute ride to the lift, and also easily walked. It's also only a mile walk/ride to the grocery store and the cross country hiking/biking trails on the other side of the highway. We had an issue with a propane leak when we first arrived and the management company had someone over within 20 minutes to fix the issue.
We enjoyed the house, clean, very roomy for the 8 of us, great location to skii lodge; the smoke sensor very sensitive, when we used the oven and opened the door it would trigger it every time, needed a few more dish towels otherwise a great experience and definitely will stay here again.
We had an amazing time and the house is awesome! We would definitely stay here again. Working with property manager and with the owner was wonderful. Any questions we had they were extremely helpful and quick to respond! Highly Highly recommend! We skied 3 days and had no problem getting to mountain and actually coming home for lunch. We loved it and had so much fun! We made great memories to share a lifetime!
