Apartment located in the Marina Porto Bracuhy condominium, Peninsula 2 which has the best beach in the Bracuhy complex. 95 m room with 2 balconies, air conditioning in all rooms and ceiling fan. Two cable TVs, all household items to serve 4 people. Peninsula has a diesel generator that, in the event of a power outage, keeps all appliances working, including air conditioning units. The Bracuhy complex has restaurants, a mini market, a bakery, barbecue, boat rentals and the largest Marina Molhada in Latin America, which houses 1200 boats and Marina Seca for 400 boats.
