This holiday home in Anguillara Sabazia in the Lazio region is a 30-minute drive from Rome opposite Lake Bracciano. It offers a beautiful view, a garden and a private swimming pool for unwinding and enjoying a refreshing dive.

You are in the historic center of the city of Anguillara Sabazia. Martignano Park and Lake Bracciano are recommended to visit in the area. It is possible to visit a real medieval castle 10 km away.

The villa is spread over 2 floors and has a view of the historic center, the lake and the medieval tower. At the entrance to the villa you will find a large veranda with table and chairs, where you can organize nice barbecues. The children can play for hours in the pool. Pets are allowed. The pool is open from June to September. It has a minimum depth of 1.60 m and a maximum of 2 m.
