Customer service was decent overall. We booked a suite that included a sofa bed, but it wouldn’t open. When we asked for help, the staff said they didn’t know how to fix it, and the second time we were told housekeeping was closed. The hotel really needs to improve on customer satisfaction. There was also loud construction outside around 10 a.m. for about two hours, plus constant noise from other rooms — we honestly only got about three hours of sleep each night. Breakfast was okay, and the rooms were fairly clean. I’d only recommend this hotel if you’re just passing through or on the go — I definitely wouldn’t stay here with family.

Great location comfortable clean good wifi. A little lost without a tourist map to get directions to and from hotel. Staff great.

Nice Hotel

Hotel is in the middle of downtown and accessible to everything. It is an old and clean hotel. Customer service is good and most of the front desk people know english and are helpful. I got to know all of themby their names. Yagmur was the most helpful one.

Bad Overall

We stayed one night and my experience wasn't good. 1. I guess the walls are too thin, so you could hear your noisy neighbors talking all night. 2. The heat was so high than even with the windows opened i had trouble breathing. 3. The pillows were so thick and hard. 4. The breakfast was poor. Overall, i slept 2 hours and i would never go back to this hotel and do NOT recommend it.
