Location is good but there was alot of municipal work in the immediate area with early am street noise. Rooms need an update and a/c was loud. Unfortunately someone decided to paint inside elevators before a busy weekend. What’s the natural thing to do …lean against the back wall….stained my husband’s shirt and the same for another guest. A very small sign appeared to be marketing vs the necessary- Wet paint advisory. When asked about restaurant recommendations front desk had no specific suggestions. Without a concierge , the front desk should be sble to offer a suggestion or 2. We were repeaters but next time will try another inn.

We didn’t realize our hotel was in a different spot than where we checked in. Also, tge valet parking app didn’t work when we wanted tge car back. We walked to tge hotel and they got the car for us. It was a nice location near shopping and Main Street! Annapolis is a beautiful city! We enjoyed our stay.

We had an undesirable use of the shower. It was extremely small and without a reomoveable showerhead therefore making it impossible to bathe and rinse. At the least if there was a removeable wand/shower handle it would allow for a short person to have the spray hit more than just the top of their head.

The location of this property is excellent. However it's not an INN or a Hotel. There is no where for breakfast on property, no restaraunt or room service. Further more the inexperienced staf had no idea as to where there was any eateries as such. Over all very disappointing.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was a great location, and really appreciated that they text you so you can text back with any questions. The room was nice and updated and the hotel was very quiet, so we slept well. Products in the shower were 10/10, and I love when hotels have full bottles secured to the wall instead of having teeny bottles that create tons of garbage. Couple of small issues - the power outlet near one of the two beds didn't work. More importantly, I didn't like that the bed was made up with a flat sheet that was too small to be tucked in well under the mattress instead of a fitted sheet, so it pulled up as we slept and found ourselves sleeping on the bare mattress cover. Additionally, instead of a duvet there are again, too-small flat sheets on top and beneath the duvet, which moved around meaning you find yourself using an uncovered duvet.
