Points forts : PropretĂ©, commoditĂ©s et Ă©tat et installations de l’hĂ©bergement.
L'appartement est trÚs beau et fonctionnel. Il est situé un peu en hauteur donc on a une trÚs belle vue sur les montagnes. L'accueil de Luciana a vraiment été trÚs apprécié. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans hésiter.

Luciana war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, sehr groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin gab viele wertvolle Tipps, war fĂŒrsorglich und rief sogar z.B. beim TourismusbĂŒro an, um unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Außerdem versorgte sie uns mit Tomaten und anderen Leckereien aus ihrem Garten. Auch die Empfehlung zur Gelateria de Santis war exzellent. Wir bedanken uns fĂŒr die Gastfreundschaft und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Zeer groot, mooi en netjes appartement met groot dakterras

Fijn, het is wel elke keer 100 meter omhoog lopen naar het appartement. Maar dat maakt het uitzicht weer mooi. Stadje is nogal druk met verkeer, wel leuke lange winkelstraat.

Clean Comfortable Apartment

The property was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was very kind, helpful and quick to respond. The location was convenient to town, and very quiet. We would definitely stay at this property again.

5 stelle meritatissime

Appartamento veramente spazioso, arredato con gusto e curato nei minimi dettagli. Su questo non mi dilungo perchĂ© giĂ  espresso molto bene nei giudizi precedenti. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la posizione appartata e un po' elevata rispetto al centro di Aosta, che si raggiunge a piedi in 20 min. attraverso un sottopasso carrabile e pedonale. Se avete le bici ancora meglio. Sull'ampio terrazzo si apprezza l'aria piĂč fresca e ventilata rispetto alla cittĂ . Non abbiamo mai usato il ventilatore, nonostante la settimana estiva fosse da "bollino rosso". Proprietaria discreta e premurosa, le siamo siamo grati per l'ospitalitĂ , i lamponi, l'insalata fresca ed il pesto. Che dire, 5 stelle meritatissime.

Awesome in Aosta

Luciana is the BEST hostess in Northern Italy! We are travelling with our 10 & 11 year old children and our 70 year old parents; each of us loved being in Luciana’s lovely home and appreciated her informing us of local events that were in their final night of operation - and managing to get us all into town! We have been in Italy for 7 weeks, staying mainly in Airbnb’s, while all of our experiences have been good, this experience was our highlight, Luciana’s lovely home was stocked with everything that you could wish for, her attention to detail will put even the fussiest travellers at ease. If you are viewing this accommodation and it is available for your dates, do not hesitate - book now!! Also the walk into town is very close and enjoyable for all our ages. Spacious & comfortable apartment, thoroughly recommended.

Such a delightful, spacious & comfortable apartment. It was well equipped with everything we needed & more! We really enjoyed our stay. Luciana & her mother were so welcoming & helpful. It was too far to walk to the lift but only 5 minutes from the free, large parking area. Ideal for accessing the slopes of Pila.

Spacious and comfortable appartment on the edge of Aosta

The apartment was clean and pleasantly decorated. We are a family of 4 and there was plenty of space. I liked having a table to eat at in the kitchen and all the equipment you need to cook with was provided. Lovely spacious lounge with views of the mountains from the window. The main bedroom was very comfortable with a memory foam mattress and pillows and generous storage. A washing machine is provided and even a room for storing boots and skis if needed. Having a secure designated car parking space was one of the features I had particularly chosen the property for. Luciana is a friendly and helpful host who gave us local information when we needed it.

Casa curata nei minimi particolari tutto perfetto giĂ  dotata delle prime necessitĂ .Padrona simpatica

La casa si presenta calda accogliente perfetta in ogni particolare in zona molto tranquilla. Siamo arrivati tardi la sera e abbiamo trovato ogni bene di prima necessitĂ  sia in cucina che in bagno. Siamo una famiglia con 3 figli e ognuno poteva trovare i suoi spazi senza disturbare gli altri. Ogni oggetto / lenzuola/armadi e arredi sono nuovi in ogni stanza ! La cabinovia per Pila raggiungibile solo in macchina ma in 5/7 minuti massimo. Supermercato aperto 7gg/7 24 h a soli 5 min di macchina.
