3 private bedrooms - King bed in Master with ensuite, Queen size bed in other 2 bedrooms with a hall access bathroom. (Roll a way cot available). Guest capacity is 7 individuals, no pets.

Escape to paradise in this lovely unit, equipped with all the conveniences of home. Open floor plan includes a kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped for meal preparation, the kitchen is stocked with mixer, toaster, microwave, crock-pot, coffee pot (Keurig Duo). The large island makes meal prep convenient and has bar stools for easy entertaining. The dining table seats six, 3 can eat at breakfast bar/prep counter.

Our home is tastefully decorated with seaside colors and themes. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. Blinds in all windows and room darkening curtains in bedrooms. Bedding, linens and towels provided and are NOT commercial laundry service. We check everything ourselves. TV in living room and each TV in bedrooms are wi-fi connected directly or thru a Roku device. The master bath has a floor to ceiling tiled shower with double sink granite vanity. The second full bathroom provides a tub/shower combo. You will have everything you need including blow dryer, iron/ ironing board and a High Efficiency washer/dryer

The HUGE deck on the side of the building has multiple seating options. A charcoal grill is available (located under the building). Just roll out to the side yard, safely away from building and grill fresh fish from your catch or local market! Afternoons and evenings are the perfect time to catch a breeze on the deck, nap or read a book. This is also a favorite spot for drinks, a cigar or visiting with family and friends.
We can connect you with a fully licensed boat captain who provides eco tours of the areas' water systems and Dolphins!

We are located in the middle of the most beautiful beaches on the "Forgotten Coast". 2 miles from Historic downtown Apalachicola. Only a 15 min drive to St. George Island and Eastpoint, home of Lynn's seafood market and restaurant (try the smoked mahi dip). Lynn's and The Owl Café were featured in the July 2016 issue of Southern Living. Take a right out of our driveway and you are a short 20 min drive to Indian Pass Trading Post (oh those Oysters), Cape San Blas (gorgeous blue water), Port St. Joe (shopping and restaurants) and Mexico Beach. We are approximately 60 miles from Panama City Beach... in case you miss the crowds.

*Please make prior arrangements for boat parking if you are bringing one. There is one vehicle parking space assigned to each condo unit under the building. All other vehicles should be parked directly behind building. Soft ground on side of building will trap your vehicle.

**We are sorry but no pets (of any type) are accepted. You will be asked to vacate the property (with no refund). Owners are often at the property and outside security cameras are in use. Any guest caught tampering with security cameras will have their vacation terminated with no refund.

This property is very well decorated and the cleanest property we have ever stayed at, and we've stayed at a lot of properties. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals in the condo, wifi is excellent for streaming and gaming. Tracy is the host and she is amazing! She gave us all kinds of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Highly recommend this property and we will be returning. Amazing hosts and property

We came in town for a wedding and found this amazing gem. Not only was the home spotless and comfortable, the hosts made everything so seamless. Their friendly communication and accommodations were amazing. The home itself was clean and we loved seeing the water from the living room area. The downtown area is a quick drive from the property. The neighbors are also extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Apalachicola.

Birthday Celebration

Quiet town with a beach close by and lots of history, we enjoyed kayaking and searching for shells and visiting the shops and eating great food. The house was beach theme which was awesome and it had lots of room and was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The bar has been set high for Apalachicola

This was our first stay in Apalachicola. When we first pulled in, the exterior showed some weathering typical of any gulf coast property. The building looks very nice and has clearly been given the TLC it needs but you can never keep up with that salt water breeze. It prematurely weathers your paint no matter what you do. But that is to be expected when staying on pretty much any coast and shouldn't surprise any seasoned seaside vacationer. With that being said, WOW! The exterior is still above average and the interior is immaculate! The owners have done a great job with the place, making it one of the most comfortable properties that we have stayed at. We like to vacation at Margaritaville, Diamond Resorts and other up-scale condos in the Caribbean and this place rivals anywhere that we have stayed. Kudos for providing great accommodations at a great price! It is a great place to relax after exploring the area. And spending time by the gas fireplace on the wraparound deck overlooking the bay was sublime. To top it off, the owners are a real pleasure to talk to. Thanks, Michelle and Tracey. We'll be back!

Seafood festival weekend

We had a wonderful stay. The home had everything we needed and we grilled and chilled on the big deck. We had morning coffee on a smaller deck. It was close enough to downtown Apalach. The hosts were great and responded immediately. Never met but felt like we made a friend!

Hidden Gem of the Forgotten Coast!

Michelle and Tracey were fantastic hosts from booking through our stay and after! The condo was super clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking dinners and making breakfast, kitchen and bathrooms were updated, and the condo comfortably fit 7 adults for a family get away. The location is perfect to go to the beach - only 15-20 minutes to St. George Island! The view of the bay from the balcony was great for morning coffee and the deck had plenty of room for us all to eat dinner outside. Historic Apalachicola has a ton of cute botiques, an awesome brewery (Oyster City Brewery), and our favorite restaurant from our stay (Up the Creek Raw Bar)! Michelle and Tracey made us feel at home and made sure we had a great time at their condo, which we did! We can't wait to go back next year and invited Michelle and Tracey up to our lake house if they're ever in our area! Fantastic hosts, beautful condo. Perfect long weekend with the family! Hopefully next year we can stay longer!

Very clean

The owners are super nice and are pleasant to deal with. Everything was very easy. This is the cleanest place I've ever stayed. I always have to clean everywhere I stay when I first get there, not this place it was VERY clean and I didn't have to clean anything at all. This was nice for me to be able to relax and not have to clean. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. Thank you to the owners for making everything so easy and for being so nice.
