Hospedagem turbulenta!

Pontos positivos: café da manhã ótimo, localização para quem está 'na estrada' e atendimento da maioria dos funcionários (não todos); Pontos negativos: 1) filtro do AC sujo - ficamos com dor de garganta estando no quarto; 2) estacionei o carro na única vaga disponível (era 1h30 da madrugada e estava lotado), o funcionário não falou nada; 5h15 da madrugada (isso mesmo), o mesmo funcionário liga no quarto e pede para retirar o carro porque estava numa vaga proibida: por quê não sinalizaram melhor a vaga? Ou por quê o funcionário não me avisou imediatamente ao chegar/estacionar? Não tinha nada escrito ou indicando que não poderia (um cone resolveria!). E, se não poderia, como o hotel vendeu mais vagas do que a capacidade? 3) fiz a compra pelo Hotels.com para 2 pessoas (casal), chegando lá me disseram que no sistema constava a reserva paga para apenas 1 pessoa. Pra não prolongar a discussão, paguei a diferença para o hotel. Porém, tenho provas (print anexo) de que vocês do Hotels.com venderam como se fosse para 2 pessoas! Novamente, a falta de transparência de vocês (Hotels.com) me faz repensar se vou continuar a usar o seu aplicativo.

Quarto reservado não era o que que eles disponibilizaram, alegando estarem com lotação completa e não haver outro quarto. O quarto era "adaptado". TV não funcionava. Café da manhã básico; as responsáveis pelo reabastecimento demoram em repor as coisas, e falam alto no meio da área da mesas onde os hóspedes estão tomando seu café. Se pegar algo do frigobar, tem que esperar até as 09:00do outro dia para pagar, pois é empresa terceirizada que cuida disso. Decoração horrível, de extremo mau gosto. Resumo: Não retornarei a este hotel, e vou marcar a rede Golden Tower para não utilizá-la em outras cidades.

Muito ruim. Preenchemos todos os dados na reserva on-line para depois ter que repetir tudo de novo presencial, com uma atendente super grosseira. Roupas de cama nitidamente utilizadas e não trocadas. Cobertor não higienizado e com sinais evidentes de ter sido utilizado por hóspede anterior. Quarto e banheiro tão apertados que um casal não consegue se mexer nas instalações. Só não é mais apertado, por falta de espaço! Chuveiro demora tanto para aquecer a água que parece que vamos gastar todas a água do planeta, até obter uma temperatura tolerável para a água do banho. Única coisa razoável foi o café da manhã… até surpreendeu positivamente, pelo aspecto geral da estadia. Uma água sem gás: 8 reais!!!

O hotel parece um presídio mal reformado, com quartos minúsculos, paredes de papel onde se ouve tudo o que acontece na vizinhança, ar-condicionado incrivelmente gelado (e impossível alterar a temperatura), ausência de sabonete no quarto, trancas arrombadas. É incrível como a Accor consegue manter sempre o padrão péssimo em toda e qualquer unidade. Em resumo, fuja !
