The living and dining area is bright and spacious, furnished in a very modern and cosy style, and includes 1 double sofabed, making it a versatile space for relaxation and socialising. An open kitchen with a bar and dining table completes this level, alongside a shower and WC. On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total across the property. The first bedroom is a double room featuring 1 double bed, while the second room is equipped with 2 beds and 1 sofabed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. A shower, bidet, and WC serve the upper floor. The maisonette is accessed via a private entrance, and there is no lift available within the property.
