The farmhouse features architectural details of Tuscan rural buildings. The stone and terracotta finishes, the solid walnut and chestnut furnishings, the antique wardrobes, the marble in the kitchens and the fireplaces in the living room enhance the rustic environment and make it particularly welcoming and evocative.

The four residential units are located on two floors on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, equipped with tables and chairs. Each unit has a spacious fully equipped kitchen, living room with double sofa bed; anteroom, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

The property enjoys excellent views of the surrounding hills and the city of Arezzo, it is bright and spacious and you will be able to witness wonderful sunsets.

At your disposal an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, solarium, a large barbecue equipped with grill and wood, an assorted vegetable garden with seasonal fruit and vegetables. Furthermore, a spacious garden where your children can play safely.
The price of the house includes the supply of linen, sheets, bathroom towels and kitchen linen.
