the house is close to Arezzo 60 km from Siena and 55 from Florence. Cortona is 15 km away. they are three rooms all with exits to the outside, on the lawn. on the side there is a small river. The bus stop can also be reached on foot. Another place to visit is Lake Trasimeno near Perugia, the distance is minimal. in summer there is the beach and it's like being at the sea. Finally, going to Rome is only 1 hour by fast train from Arezzo.
