The Limehome apartments are basically brand new in a historic building. They are located in the traffic-limited zone (ZTL A) of Arezzo. The zone is closed for cars from 8 am to 12 noon, and from 5 pm to 8 pm daily, except Sunday (open all day). I would avoid driving into the ZTL; a mistake can cost a lot. Park outside of the ZTL at Parcheggio Pietri, on the west end (P7); this part of the parking lot is free and it is closest to the apartment (and it is an almost level walk). You can also park closer to the escalators that go from Pietri to the duomo, but you have to pay (5 Euros per day) and it is further and you go up the escalators and then you have a steep walk down to the apartment. This is more difficult than walking from the parking at P7 at Pietri. The attractions and restaurants in Arezzo are within walking distance. There are all basic kitchen supplies and equipment (Stove, microwave, fridge, even a washing machine) in the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and the cleaning lady is super friendly. The only thing I didn’t like is the check-in process where you have to upload your passport which I consider a sensitive document, and they also require all sorts of additional personal information. Reducing this as much as possible would be desirable to avoid that this gets into the wrong hands. That’s why I gave the check-in process a “4” rating ( probably should be even lower), but getting into the apartment is straightforward with the access code.
