Stroll through the alleyways of the ancient city of Arezzo and admire the cathedral of Arezzo. In the lively Piazza Grande with its medieval stone houses, you can drink Arezzo's own Chianti and soak up the atmosphere. The medieval pearl of the Chianti region is also known for the film "Life is Beautiful" by Roberto Benigni and the annual Arezzo Wave music festival. The town is situated on a hill overlooking a gentle sea of vines and between the four valleys of Val Tiberina, Casentino, Valdarno and Valdichiana.
