Located in a quiet residential complex, it has an excellent seawater swimming pool, heated during the winter months and a solarium equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
The flat is on the first floor. It has a small terrace - balcony very quiet, from where you can see the Teide and the mountains of Adeje. It consists of a living-dining room with a sofa bed, Smart TV with national and international channels, free WIFI. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace through large windows. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobes and a safe. It also has a wide sliding window overlooking the quiet pedestrian promenade, which provides plenty of light. The bathroom has a shower and a bright window providing natural light.
