The living area includes a cozy sofa bed, a set of nested coffee tables, and two poufs, creating a relaxing atmosphere. An armchair nestled in the corner provides extra seating, accompanied by a small table. Entertainment options are abundant, with a flat-screen TV offering English and international satellite channels, as well as wifi internet access and a DVD player. To enjoy meals, a new smart white dining table with four chairs awaits you, accompanied by a ceiling fan for added comfort. Opposite the dining area, a contemporary storage unit embellished with a pretty vase and lamp adds a touch of elegance.

Moving upstairs via a short staircase, you'll find a fully equipped, modern kitchen to the right. It includes essential appliances such as an oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, toaster, coffee maker, tall fridge/freezer, and microwave, ensuring all your culinary needs are met.
