Le logement en soi était correct : propre, aménagement récent, mobilier fonctionnel. Mais pas mal de vicissitudes ont été dissimulées dans une annonce incomplète ou imprécise. Le logement était situé au 3ème et dernier étage d'un immeuble ancien (sans ascenseur) et doté d'un escalier très étroit ; vraiment pas commode quand on doit monter ses affaires. Il était marqué parking sur rue sans préciser qu'en semaine les places sont rares et en plus avec disque, limitant à 1h de stationnement. Heureusement un parking gratuit existe à une distance encore raisonnable. La chambre était sous la pente du toit, on est obligé de se baisser sur une partie de cette pièce pour ne pas se cogner au plafond. Ce choix est d'autant plus aberrant que la pièce de séjour est grande et aurait pu accueillir un canapé lit (canapé qui aurait apporté un confort appréciable dans le séjour). Sur la photo à coté du four on croit percevoir un grand frigo double mais c'est juste un mini frigo avec un placard immense (pourquoi faire?) au dessus. Les informations d'accès sont communiqués au dernier moment : plus d' ordinateur ni de connexion internet fiable on se rabat sur le smartphone, le loueur a communiqué un lien pour ouvrir un document...qui ne s'affiche que partiellement sur le smartphone, on ne peut pas le lire en intégralité. Points positifs : l'appartement était très calme on n'entendait rien, il y avait une vue dégagée sur une place arborée, wifi fonctionnel.
