Lovely apartment with a beautiful terrace view
I stayed at Casa Fusco for a week with my wife and two children (5 and 2). The accommodation is as described, very clean and with a stunning view from the terrace. Location-wise it is perfectly situated to explore (by car) the Costa Smerelda and there are some absolutely stunning beaches all within a 20min drive. Local amenity wise, there are 3 supermarkets a 10min walk away or 2mins by car. In the same plaza there is also a pharmacy, a cafe/snack bar, shop and restaurant. Just around the corner is also an amazing Gelateria which served us (and particularly our kids) very well indeed! We also stumbled on an amazing children's play-ground (Okidoki) down the hill from the gelateria (5min walk from the apartment) which the kids loved and was very handy for some much needed energy burning! Overall, if/when we do come back to Sardinia I think we can easily see ourselves coming back to the same place as it is hard to fault to be honest. Word of advice: when arriving, be prepared to head to the supermarket pretty quickly as there were no basics like toilet paper, hand wash, washing up liquid etc.

Best place to stay in Costa Semaralda
Nice and easy contact to the landlord. Very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very well furnished, has comfortable beds and a stunning view to the sea and cove of Cala di Volpe. We stayed several times in apartments at Costa Smeralda., this choice is definitely the best. A 100% recommondation from us. We will come back for sure.

Anche quest'anno Casa Simone si è rivelata perfetta per le nostre esigenze
Come promesso siamo tornati anche quest'anno. Casa Simone è una casa essenziale ma molto comoda, spaziosa con un piccolo portico e un giardino vermante ben curato. A pochi minuti a piedi sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari per una vacanza (supermercato/bar/tabaccaio/giornalaio/farmacia/...) e a pochi minuti di macchina sono presenti tutte le più famose spiagge della zona. Consigliatissimo come base per chi vuole passare le proprie vacanze in Costa Smeralda. Ci vediamo il prossimo anno! Grazie

Tolles, großzügiges Haus in sehr guter Lage. Service (Agentur und Check-in und Check-out) hat sehr gut funktioniert - sehr freundlich, reaktiv, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert. Wenn man etwas kritisieren wollte, dann dass die Türen und Schubladen alle sehr schlecht schließen und das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Toll wäre es, wenn es eine Spülmaschine gäbe. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

ar bestens ausgestattet !! Das WLAN hat leider nicht funktioniert - vielleicht war es aber auch ein Bedienungsfehler unsererseits !! Wir kommen gerne wenn möglich nächstes Jahr wieder.

Alles hat geklappt
Vom Bezug bis zur Abgabe hat alles gut geklappt. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und liegt ideal um im Landesinneren Erkundungen zu realisieren oder die diversen Strände und Orte an der Costa Smeralda ab zu klappern. Ein Auto ist dafür zwingend, aber auch sicher über Nacht parkiert.
