Stylish, elegant and tranquil

Me and my friends arrived to this beautiful house in June and what to say... Its really amazing. For a start, the gardens are amazing: we were immersed with the green trees and the amazing and colourful flowers! There is a very nice pool which was only for us during our stay. The pool isn't very big, but for private use we though it was good enough (one end was shallow and the other was a bit deeper). During the evening you can hear some animals like frogs making their noises close to the pool and its amazing. The house is really close to the sea, and its very nice to have a pool and the sea very close; we would choose whether to stay home or go to the sea after breakfast! The inside of the house is very nice, very stylish and traditional. The house is very spacious, especially in the dining room where there is a large space where we could watch TV, eat or simply relax. Another amazing thing of the house was the 2 entrances; one in the front and one in the back ~ we could choose were to enter. The house is a bit tricky to find as you cannot see it from the road (we thought this was another advantage; we had complete privacy, and even better, we could hear no sounds coming from the road). The hospitality was very amazing; when we had some questions the owner replied extremely quickly and was always available 24/7 when needed. The people that came to our house were very nice and sweet. Sardinia is an amazing place with all the beaches, food and amazing people... We will be definitely looking at Sardinia again next summer, and definitely look at this house again! Thanks xoxo

What a wonderful villa!

Villa Ilaria is a fantastic villa, situated in a very calm area, close to the sea and beaches, and with a lovely pool area. We were 6 people staying for 11 nights in July. The house was clean and very well-maintained. There are three very nice bedrooms, all three with their own bathroom and air condition. From all three bedrooms you can enter different terrasses. The kitchen is not so big, but has all that you need. Unfortunately the dishwasher was not functional in the period we were there, but is said to be fixed. The dining- and livingroom is very big with a very nice atmosphere. There are big windows through which you can adore the beautiful green garden. There is also aircondition in these rooms. The pool area is a fantastic place for children, and there you feel completely away from everything, with green vegetation on all sides. From the roof top terrasse, you have a beautiful view over the bay and most of the local area. You can park your car inside the property. The garden is very well kept, and has an amazing system of automatic irrigation. The people helping to clean the house and keep the garden and pool, are very nice, helpful and friendly. We felt very safe in the house. There are two local beaches very close to the house. The closest is just past the Hotel Ea Bianca, and only takes a few minutes walk. The other is at Cala Ginepri, and takes about 10 minutes to walk or 2-3 minutes to drive. Here the road is rather steep, but the view is very beautiful. We often went to buy food at the local supermarket at Baia Sardinia, just a 5-6 min. drive from the house, and often had a swim at the nice beach at Baia Sardinia and afterwards a lovely Italian ice-cream. The owner of the house, Antonella, and her daughter, Ilaria, were very helpful with all our questions. Ilaria speaks a perfect english. The villa is really nice, with all that you need, with a nice pool, very effective air condition (for some of the warm nights) and plenty of bathrooms. Everything is of a very high quality. I would recommend the house to friends and family.

tolles Feriendomizil in ruhiger Lage und Strandnähe

Das Haus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Es verfügt über einen beheizten Pool inmitten eines großzügigen Gartens, welcher terrassenförmig angelegt und sehr liebevoll gestaltet ist. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf Bucht und Meer. Das Haus ist groß, sehr sauber und gepflegt und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Lovely villa

We had a very good time at the villa which is in kept in excellent condition and is in beautiful surroundings. Two beaches in walking distance - although the nicer one is a hilly walk and in the heat we were lazy and took the car (there is pay parking and a nice cafe / restaurant there). The villa makes a good base for travelling out to visit other places but it was also easy to be lazy and stay by the pool, which was perfect for us. One small word of warning which is that the WiFi is not unlimited. It would be fine for most people but we had a data hungry teenager with us and needed to pay to top up. Anyway we got that sorted ok (with some help) and in general everyone was wonderfully friendly and helpful - many thanks to Antonella and Giovanna for making our stay so trouble free.

Fabulous location and luxurious accommodation

We enjoyed an excellent week's holiday at this well appointed villa which has extensive grounds and wide ranging views of the sea and surrounding hills. The coastline nearby has dozens of sandy bays and coves to explore but the peace and facilities at Ilaria can make it tempting to just stay in and around the villa. Our only regret was the staggeringly high drinks prices at the luxury hotel just yards away which ensured we visited other restaurants in Cannigione and towards Baia Sardinia rather than return. Many thanks to Antonella and Giovanna for putting up with our feeble attempts at tourist Italian! Tim and Maggie Bevington

Divertido y rejalante

He pasado una semana fantastica con mis amigos, el jardín es muy bonito curado en cada detalle, la piscina tiene de todo es muy comoda, la piscina es separada de una rampa de escaleras de la casa con una ducha esterna y con la maxima privacy. El personal tiene muy limpio y curado el jardin, la piscina y la casa; el personal estaba siempre a nuestra disposición cuando lo necesitábamos. La casa es maravillosa todo a portada de mano, ha sido todo muy comodo para cocinar porque tenia también el barbecue esterno que nos ha venido muy comodo. Tiene el mar con una playa casi solo para nosotros y todo lo que quieres como negocios y pueblos para visitar todas las caracteristicas de la Sardegna, como Baia Sardinia o Porto Cervo. Hemos ido en muchos restaurantes desde Porto Cervo hasta Cannigione y el personal de los restaurantes han sido acogedores y la comida era buenísima. Hemos ido a varias playas y nos han gustado mucho por el mar que es maravilloso .El unico problema ha sido llegar a los varios sitios porquè en Sardegna no hay muchas indicaciones por la caretera pero hemos resuelto este problema con un navegador. La casa es en una posición muy comoda para ir a cualquier sitio, restaurantes y los pueblos cerca. Ha sido una fantastica semana y los propietarios han sido muy amables y disponibles. Recomendamos esta casa para todos por su belleza, comodidad y privacy.
