A great place for a holiday
Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach.

Strandnahes Haus mit Pool
Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen .Allerdings wäre es schön wenn die Küche besser ausgerüstet wäre.Teller,Gläser,gibt es ausreichend,Messer z.B.nur 4 und das sind Steakmesser,usw....und die Sauberkeit liess bei vielen Küchenutensilien zu wünschen übrig...Kaffeemaschine gibt es nur Espressokocher und die waren so verdreckt,dass wir einen neuen gekauft haben...Auch das es etwas muffig riecht,muss ich wie auch schon vorher erwähnt ,bestätigen....Die gestellten Handtücher haben wir selber gewaschen,dann fühlten wir uns wohl.Beide Duschköpfe könnten ausgetauscht werden da defekt und einer der Duschvorhänge ist von Schimmel befallen. Schön wären auch Klammern zum Wäscheaufhängen.Alles in Allem kleine Investitionen,die es aber perfekt machen würden.Die Strandnähe ist super,auch das Dorfzentrum ist zu Fuss in 15-20 min zu erreichen.Und zu den unzähligen fantastischen Stränden in der Nähe, kommt man gut mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit...Das Grundstück ist mit kind und Hund wunderbar...Wegen der Poolöffnungszeiten haben wir nachgefragt und wir durften den Pool immer nutzen,wir sollten nur auf die Lautstärke achten....Allerdings waren bei uns im Oktober kaum Nachbarn da. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und auch am Abend kann man schön sitzen. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns wohl und würden wiederkommen, vielleicht sind dann einige Dinge ausgebessert.

Urlaub mit Freunden
Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes, ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich, aber direkt in Strandnähe. Leider ist die Strandbar wohl schon seit mehreren Jahren geschlossen. Nächste Möglichkeit in 100 m. Rund ums Haus mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten, je nach Wetter und Sonne. Der Pool echt super, ausreichend Liegen und auch hier Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden auch im Schatten. Grillplatz ebenfalls. Leider mit Poolzeiten behaftet. Das Haus selber war sehr sauber und alles was man zum leben braucht ist da. Wenn wir nochmal nach Sardinien kommen buchen wir bestimmt nochmal das Haus. Leider hatten wir keinen persönlichen Kontakt zu den Vermieter, was wir etwas schade fanden.

Enttäuschung pur
vorab: wir haben zum 8.mal ein Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool an immer verschiedenen Orten auf Sardinien gebucht. Privatpool ist uns wichtig, dafür geben wir auch gerne viel Geld aus. Buchung erfolgte über Fewo Deutschland Abweichen zur Beschreibung ist das Haus in einer Wohngegend ohne jegliche Infrastruktur wie Bäcker, etc. im Ortsteil La Conia , 2km von Cannigione entfernt. Der 100m entfernte Strand ist nicht prickelnd, aber man fährt ja eh schöne Buchten mit dem Auto an. Reisen Sie bitte nicht mit VW Bus o.ä. an, die 90grad Einfahrt ist so eng, dass Sie ohne Rangiererei gar nicht zum Haus kommen. Ums Haus liegen defekte Strandstühle rum, die billigen weissen Plastikstühle im Ausssenebereich sind auch nicht sehr einladend. Die Küchenausstattung ist ein Witz, wir haben uns erstmal selber Besteckmesser, Pfannenwender etc. kaufen müssen. Es gibt z, B, keine Deckel für die Töpfe/Pfannen, dafür dadurch täglich Ameisenstrassen durchs ganze Ferienhaus. In beiden Duschen sind schimmelnde Fugen..... Alles ärgerlich, aber richtig schlecht ist, dass keins der Fenster einen Mückenschutz hat- haben wir auch noch nie gehabt. Mücken gibt`s genügend leider, andererseits, wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind, beschallt Sie bis weit in die Nacht der Technobass irgendeines Strandclubs... Den Grill am Pool dürfen sie auch nicht nutzen. Und den Pool nur 6,5 h am Tag ! das nervt am meisten ! 270 Euro pro Tag dafür? nie wieder ! Denken Sie gut nach und buchen woanders

Perfect location - meanwhile for the third time
We enjoyed our stay very much - although the thermometer showed almost 40 °C. The pool and the air conditioning were very useful! The proximity to the beach and the beautiful residential location speak very much for this accommodation!

Best stay ever
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house in Cannigione. We were two families. One with two kids, 6 and 7 years old. The other family have 3 kids, 6,8 and 10 years old. The access to the private pool was amazing for the kids and only 50 meter to the beautiful beach just around the corner. We couldn’t found a better place to stay at. Cannigione is just amazing and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. We Will definately return to this house in the future. Best Regards

Schöne Lage / Einige Verbesserungen nötig
Das Haus ist schön gelegen und gut. Es könnte sauberer sein, am Anfang roch es etwas muffig. Ein Problem ist das Thema Müll ! Es gibt Tage, wo man bestimmte Müllsorten an die Straße stellt und ein kommunales Müllzentrum im Ort. Dort soll man am Abreisetag den Müll entsorgen. Leider ist es bei uns während 7 Tagen niemals offen gewesen! Insgesamt war das Haus für den Preis okay und liegt sehr schön dicht am Strand.

Sauberkeit der Unterkunft
Das gesamte Haus roch trotz ständigem Lüften muffig. Auf vielen Flächen und Gegenständen war eine nicht unerhebliche Menge an Staub. Das Geschirr war teils nicht sauber und die Schränke ebenfalls nicht. Ein Tischläufer auf dem Esstisch und Topflappen in der Küche waren völlig schmutzig und wir haben uns ziemlich geekelt. Auch vorhandene Decken bräuchten mal dringend eine Wäsche. Da wir uns aufgrund des teils schlechten Wetters viel im Haus aufhalten mussten haben uns auch bequeme Sitzmöbel gefehlt da die Couch nur für 2 Personen geeignet ist. Man muss sich auch drauf einstellen dass der vorhandene kleine Fernseher nur italienisches Programm bietet da keine Schüssel auf dem Dach ist. Für uns steht fest dass wir dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen würden.

Fijn huis in een leuke omgeving
Leuke buitenplek met zwembad en een gezellige plaats om buiten te eten onder een afdak. Strand en dorp op loopafstand. Bij slecht weer is t wel aan de kleine kant voor 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen.
