The residence's name derives from the fragrant oleanders that surround it. Situated on a hill amidst Mediterranean scrubland, it offers a true oasis of peace and well-being. The apartments, equipped with Wi-Fi and furnished in typical Costa Smeralda style, are located on the ground or upper floors and offer either sea views or garden views. Pitrizza beach is just 750 m away, and Liscia di Vacca beach is 350 m away. The complex features two swimming pools.
