Villa Esmar is characterised by an architectural aesthetic of great harmony, made up of soft and sinuous lines that unfold among natural materials. The different colours of the granite, in fact, harmonie in a unique balance with the sinuosity of the juniper and the whiteness of the walls, making elegance and simplicity the hallmarks of this villa. As a matter of fact, the warm and welcoming atmosphere dominates the entire villa, starting from the spacious open space composed by an elegant dining area furnished with light and delicate elements that expand to the fully equipped kitchen and the living area, giving them a strong and natural aspect. The same organic architecture is maintained on the upper floor, which houses two brightly lit bedrooms thanks to the combination of white wall, the numerous shades of wood in the furnishings and the light blue instars echoing the nuances of the sea. The shades of the surrounding nature are also echoed in the two double bedrooms on the lower floor where the soft colours of the wood combine with the indigo of the finely decorated furniture.

- being for sale, the villa may be subject to compulsory visits by prospective buyers. You will be notified in advance if this is the case;

- during the months of July and August, it is required a minimum stay of two weeks.
