Characteristic farmhouse in local stone immersed in an oasis of peace and nature about 3 km from the long sandy coastline of Ascea Marina and about 400 meters from the historic center of Ascea. The location offers all nature lovers a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing guests to enjoy absolute peace and fantastic sea-view sunsets. The farmhouse, of about 130 square meters, comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The entrance from the large masonry kitchen allows access to the large living room with fireplace, sofa and satellite TV enriched by a picturesque wall completely in local stone. Also on the ground floor, the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a comfortable bathroom with shower. From an external staircase it is possible to reach a third independent bedroom with private bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. On the ground floor the fantastic terrace equipped with an outdoor dining area and a small garden. The house is equipped with satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue and free wifi internet. The car is necessary both to reach the house and to reach places of interest.
