Fantastic place to stay. Went to take our toddler to the NC Zoo and she had even more fun seeing the animals at the house than the zoo. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet comfortable place to stay in nature.

Great place to stay, especially if you plan to visit the zoo! We didn’t have littles in our group, but it seemed very kid friendly! Our favorite part was the animals on the farm. They were so sweet!

This cottage was family friendly ,spacious, and clean. The farm and animals right outside the door was AMAZING!! My teenage children loved it!! They were like little kids out there till dark and at the crack of dawn! We went into town and had dinner at the local diner, it was great!

Lovely home with everything we needed for our stay. Perfect location for visiting the NC zoo and Seagrove. Highlights were the farm animals (cows, donkey, pig, goats and chickens!), the fire pit, and bunnies and friendly barn cats in the yard. Highly recommend for guests of all ages. My mom (83) absolutely loved the experience. Very memorable.

Amazing long weekend getaway

We loved staying here! Between the animals, vast property, comfortable bedrooms and living space, and proximity to downtown Asheboro and the zoo, our family had a GREAT trip.

Great weekend at a surprise gem. We booked for the zoo but our favorite times were at this lovely home. We enjoyed the outdoor space including the fire pit and picnic area. But of course, the highlight was the adorable and friendly farm animals. Highly recommend this home. We will definitely be back!

Our family had a wonderful time. The house is very nice and so convenient to explore all that the surrounding area has to offer. The NC Zoo is close by and the Children’s Museum in Greensboro was a lot of fun. The kids favorite part of the stay was seeing and feeding the cows, donkey, goats, and pig each day. The owner is very kind and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the farm tour and learning about the different animals. I highly recommend this unique experience. We would love to visit again, this time in the Fall.

Michael was very accommodating to our schedule because we were in town for a soccer tournament. The house is adorable, comfortable, clean and has everything you'd need. The farm animals were such a fun bonus! My kids loved feeding them, playing in the creek and running around the yard. We will absolutely stay again if we are in town!

Everything was wonderful. Very well thought out for hosting. This is not a property for persons with limited motility. So if traveling with people with stair limitations or stability issues I do not suggest. But other than that this place is absolutely beautiful. We will stay again. You will not be disappointed.
