Located in the heart of downtown Asheville, you will be within steps of all that the city has to offer. The finest restaurants, breweries, music venues and art are all within walking distance of this convenient location. If you are looking for the ultimate Asheville experience, this location is the perfect home base for you. Plus, you can PARK A CAR and leave it during your stay in our SECURED, ENCLOSED GARAGE LOCATED WITHIN THE BUILDING.

The second floor unit is beautifully decorated and provides with you with a two-bedroom, open living room and fully equipped kitchen. The hardwood floors and high ceilings represents the charm that you will experience in Asheville but with modern upgrades and conveniences.

Linens are provided for the comfortable king size BED. A laundry room is located inside the building.

We also have two, 2-bedroom unit in the same building. This is perfect for family or friends traveling together.

Everything was great! The hosts were responsive and took the time to welcome us. Kitchen was very well equipped if you're going to eat a meal or two at home. Everything is walkable. My only mention - NOT a negative - would be to or those with possible mobility issues - the property is on the second floor (right above an AMAZING coffee, bar, and pastry shop)!

This is an AMAZING place. It is right in the heart of downtown. I could walk to any restaurant that my family decided on. The owner and host is fantastic. We have decided to return to Asheville next year and I will definitely try and rent this place again. Normally, I would add something that went wrong, but this place was great (and I'm not easily impressed).

Weekend in Ashville 7/18/25

The property manager Rick met us promptly. He has great suggestions for events and restaurants. The apartment is up 2 flights of stairs which was not a problem for us( mid 60 yr olds). The apt is in the middle of town and for us was a perfect location. We walked day and night. Great coffee shop at our front door. Apt is above a hair salon which my wife booked and was pleasantly surprised by good price and friendly staff and service. Two doors down is a Marriot with a rooftop lounge that is open to all. The apartment itself was s clean and bright and comfortable. Two working televisions , Gaston stove on kitchen. The old wood floor creaks but it didn’t bother us at all. Some muffled outside noise but it doesn’t bother us at all. We slept right through the night. Garage for your vehicle so no need to pay for street parking or paid lot. I would definitely stay here again. 4th night was free but could not take advantage of it because we had booked our flights first.Jim and Annie

Comfort in the center of Ashville

The apartment was very comfortable, updated, everything we needed for the two of us to get away for the weekend. Location is absolutely killer, can't be beat for central downtown Asheville in the middle of everything. There are apartments on the front and backside of the building (all under same proprietor). We stayed on the backside of the building (apt B) and never heard any street noise. Rick made check-in easy. Private, secured parking in the back of the building; easy but secured access to the apartments right off the street. Funny little variety store/bar, superior coffee/pastries, for-real gelato, great italian, mexican, and pizza, none more than 20 yards of your door. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Our host was Rick. He made sure we were well taken care of, plus made many recommendations for restaurants etc. Unfortunately, Asheville was hit by a natural disaster. Hurricane Helena. We had to shorten our stay because the area has no water or internet. All businesses were closed. We hoto receive a refund on remaining days

Great weekend in Asheville

The wife and I stayed three nights. I am absolutely comfortable giving this place five stars. The only thing that was slightly inaccurate about the listing was the washing machine and dryer being coin operated down the hall as opposed to in the unit. But not a big deal. We were able to check in early. Management could not have been better. Easy and secure parking. And that’s a big deal for downtown Asheville.

Anniversary trip to Asheville

This condo was perfect. Located in the heart of the vibrant downtown area, close to great restaurants, bars and shops. Had secure and convenient off-street parking. Rick was there to greet us upon arrival, thoroughly explained condo details, entry and exit procedures. The unit itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

The rental was in a great location. We were able to easily drive to wherever we wanted to explore Asheville and surrounding area during the day and then in the evening park our car and experience city life. Some great restaurants /brewreys all within walking distance, lots of shopping and, other things to explore (art museum, basilica etc).

Asheville Getaway

Excellent stay, property was clean and very comfortable. Location was amazing, Piano Bar literally steps away out the garage, coffee and an outstanding pastry shop just downstairs, all sorts of food choices just a few steps away and the private parking garage was a God send! We hope to stay at the same location on our next trip to Asheville.

can't fault the location, but

bare bones amenities. had to buy our own kleenex, napkins & good TP. also eye shades since there is a skylight above bed. enclosed garage a plus. wonky stairs from there not good. Floors in apt. creak. not a little. like walking on bubble wrap! big rent, non-refundable so we stayed tho we debated taking the loss.

The location with the mostest bestest

This place is a perfect location. Perfect. We walked to lunch and dinner (and dessert next door). The place was very clean and with everything we needed. The apartment is well decorated with comfortable furniture. The bed was very comfortable. The free, indoor parking on-site was great. If you want to be in downtown this really is the place to be. Note: as the owner noted in his description, there are 20 or so stairs to get to the condo, so take that into consideration when renting (and packing). This is a beautiful old building, so the floors squeak (as you would expect). There is a beautiful skyline in the bedroom so you might want to bring eyeshades. Finally, the location is perfect, but it can get loud at night (it did not bother me at all).

Location, location, location

Walkable to everything you want or need while in Asheville! Having parking included with the unit was awesome because it can definitely be a challenge if you come in from out of town. We’d definitely stay again. Ray was super responsive to all of our questions and needs.

Very easy to check in. Just follow phone instruction. There’s an intake process. It’s nice having a point person living close by ,if you have questions Be sure to take your own amenities. Soap shampoo etc. only thing lacking from unit.
