Perfectly situated just 6 min from downtown Asheville! Our home is located in Woodfin, a quaint community nestled along the banks of the mighty French Broad River. Our home has been beautifully renovated and features a welcoming open floor plan with plenty of space for you and your family.

Come enjoy everything Asheville has to offer! Take a Stroll along the river, hike the Appalachian Trail, or just relax and enjoy Asheville's arts, shopping and dining scene.

Our 3 BR/2.5BA home has been beautifully renovated, features an open floor plan and is bright, cheery and light filled. Meticulously clean, uncluttered and tastefully furnished, you will find yourself feeling right at home when you walk in the door.

Our decor is Mid Century modern meets global traveler. With 1500 sq. ft spanning 3 stories, there is plenty of room to relax and unwind with your family after a fun filled day exploring Asheville.

As an added bonus, the primary suite takes up the entire 3rd floor and has lofty vaulted ceilings, a private bath, Luxury king bed, reading area and winter river views.

Don't waste your vacation in traffic. As Asheville's popularity has increased, so has it's traffic. From our location you can access Downtown, the River Arts District and popular West Asheville via the River Road and avoid the traffic. Get to just about anywhere you need to go in less than 8 minutes!

After a fun-filled day of outdoor adventures and sightseeing, return home to enjoy a sunset beverage on the deck with winter views of the mighty French Broad River.

LIVING AREAS/KITCHEN:

Make yourself at home in the living area on the main floor, featuring a roomy sectional, 60” flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, and access to the deck. A half bath on the main floor provides added convenience.

BEDROOMS & BATHS:

This three-story home sleeps up to seven guests between three bedrooms.

MASTER BEDROOM: Located on the the top floor, the spacious master bedroom spans over 450 square feet and features a luxury king bed, 48” flat-screen smart TV, cozy reading area, and a private balcony. The en-suite master bathroom includes a large vanity and a tub/shower combination.

BEDROOM 2: Located on the lower level has a queen bed.

BEDROOM3: Located on the lower level has a twin over full bunkbed

The second bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower combination and is located on the lower level.

OUTDOOR AREA:

Catch an Uber downtown for just $7-10 depending on the time.

Head to nearby Woodfin Riverside Park (1.5 miles) for strolling and views of the French Broad River. Bike the Blue Ridge Parkway, hike the Appalachian and WNC Nature Trails, or explore Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. For winter sports, Hadley Ski Resort is just 35 minutes to the north.

Great for quick trip to AVL

Stayed here after round of golf at CC of Asheville & location was perfect. 2 miles from course, very short drive to dinner & so much better value for 3 grown men to have own room rather than share or get multiple hotel rooms!Everything was very clean, comfortable & will stay again if ever in the AVL area! Heidi did a wonderful job, communicates both thoroughly and well to make sure guests are taken care of along with local knowledge of things to do!Thank you!

Perfect place in Asheville!

My family gathered to celebrate my granddaughter graduating from the Univ of North Carolina in Asheville and this was the perfect spot to stay. Very clean with lots of room and the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend. It's close to everything and there is a delightful coffee shop right across the street. The host is so accommodating and responsive!

Heidi is an amazing host! She was very conscious of communicating with us in our last minute search for a place to stay when our other housing fell thru for our trip. The house is in a very convenient location for all kinds of activities and had everything you need in the kitchen and elsewhere for your stay. Location, comfort, style.

It was a little hard to figure out which house was the one in the dark and rain (hint, it's the first one past the turn), but everything was wonderful. Entry was smooth, and the place is beautiful. It's close to a lot, and mostly a straight shot into downtown. The master bedroom is super nice with a big, comfy bed. You can't go wrong here, honestly.

House was well located close to Downtown Asheville and the River Arts District. The rooms and amenities were adequate for a brief weekend trip, but I have definitely received more for much less. The overall condition of the property is overdue for some freshening up. This is clearly apparent in areas like the upstairs bedroom with large exterior door gaps, stabby peeling paint on the deck, loose front steps, and dirty blinds. No curtains or drapes ensure you wake up with the sunrise if the neighbor's roosters don't handle that first. The house is also on a road frequented by loud vehicles. Overall I'd give this property a 4/5.

This was a great experience! My friends & I enjoyed staying here. Very clean, nice layout with multiple floors; we didn’t feel cramped. We really liked the decor of the home too! We were less than 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do. I would stay here again when I return to Asheville.

Weekend Getaway

Property was exactly as pictured - very clean and inviting. For 5 adults the space was perfect given the main living space on ground level, master suite upstairs (beautiful and spacious) and other bedrooms/bathrooms on the lower level. We didn't utilize the kitchen for meals given our short stay but the house was equipped with everything one could need. The host was very accommodating in our request to do a late check-out. Would recommend this property to family and friends!
