Was a very nice hotel in a great location , But I like a dark room and could not get the black out curtains to close all the way. Sun woke us up very early. Very frustrating. So put Velcro or some way to close curtains all the way please!

We liked this hotel but I dont think we would stay again, the elevator situation is an absolute joke. Two elevators to manage parking levels, staff service / housekeeping etc and Guest floors including a public restaurant. Whoever thought that would be acceptable is a clown. Build out an elevator in one corner of the parking structure to handle parking floors and the lobby, that will help at least.
