We had a nice stay for the time we spent there. It really provides the basic necessities and very clean. My only issue was that the breakfast option only had pork for sausage and patties. We were there for 4 nights and I wish they would be a little bit considerate that not everyone eats pork. Other than that the staff was very nice and so are the cleaners.

Never Made It There - No Help At All

We never made it to the hotel. I spoke with the hotel BEFORE the check in time and was told to call Hotels.com, which I did. Hotels.com called the hotel and told me that they tried to get me a refund or ability to transfer to another property which would have been closer to our route, but then said they spoke to the hotel who refused to accommodate us. So we wasted money, time and tempers because of this. I realize that we shouldn't have made the booking, but we didn't realize how far off our route is was. A 2-1/2 hour drive. The hotel said that Hotels.com refused the refund, and Hotels.com said the hotel refused the refund. Someone is not being truthful. I would still like either a refund or credit to stay at any of the hotels. I have been staying at various ones since 1994. I will now be giving this second thoughts

Our stay was great! The staff was super friendly, our room was perfect, and we were in a great location for everything we wanted to do in Asheville and Black Mountain. The hotel breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had. I’m not sure what seasoning they put on their scrambled eggs, but me and my boyfriend both gave them a 10/10. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked great! Excellent stay!

This property is located next door to a homeless shelter, there were homeless people laying all around outside the hotel. Seems the location is run down. No nice restaurants near by. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself was very clean and attractive. The rooms were also more than expected. We did have an issue with the AC on the 2nd night (not the first and nothing anyone could have prevented or predicted). The staff did compensate for that. I am still giving 5 stars because that was out of anyone's control and some things just happen. The first night was great and the 2nd room had no issues at all.
