The lounge area here is very nice. When we got back from downtown (which is very close and easy to get to from here) we were able to grab a drink and cozy up by the fire. The room was clean and comfortable.

I feel the first room we were given was based on the Hotel .com rate. It was not what was expected, very sub-standard. It was ground floor right near the entry way, it smelled bad, it had bugs, and not cleaned very well. I went to the front desk explained what saw and showed pictures. The desk person was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and gave us another room much nicer and clean. She also gave us a complementary breakfast. Overall it was a good hotel for the price based on the area.
