I was just one night. But we enjoy been there. Was cozy & Elegant. Has and indoor pool, gym, interior patio, and and art historic gallery. That we enjoy very much.
Room was very clean. Housekeeping did a super job. One of the reasons I wanted to stay at this hotel was for the pool, which was sadly going through maintenance. Thankfully, hot tub was open. Property was well cared for but a little old, showing some dings here and there. Ice machine on our floor was inoperable.
We very much enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if we come back to the area. All of the staff that we encountered were very nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel was very pretty and we loved the little area with the Biltmore Dairy exhibits. Our room had everything we needed and the beds were so cozy. We loved the indoor pool, hot tub and fitness room and the court yard would be so beautiful when it's warmer. The indoor pool was so warm so it felt amazing but the pool room was SOOO hot. They really need to turn that heat down. Multiple people complained to us about that. Every time we went to the pool there would be people standing in the fitness room to watch their kids so they could get out of the heat. You couldn't just sit in there. It was a sauna. Our tv remote did not work so we had to get up and change the channels on the TV and one of our water glasses had someone else's hair tie in it so we did not use that. Besides that, we really loved our stay. Every time we went out to eat, it was only 8-10 minutes to get there so it's a pretty good location.
We have stayed at a number of Hilton properties this trip. I prefer the Hampton Inns over this one for room size and comfort.
Also, the bed frame of one of the beds was much larger at the foot than the mattress (needs to be adjusted), and the part sticking out 4-5 inches was covered by the bed skirt ... at least until my ankle found it!
The hotel was clean and convenient to Missions Hospital. Our shower head was messed up. As soon as I informed the front desk they sent someone to fix it.
The hotel was good. The location is amazing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was beyond impressive, so very kind! I would definitely stay there again
The reservation person was great helping me correct an error I made reserving a third night. The room was barely acceptable. We ran out of toilet paper and we had run some down. At no time did a maid clean our room.
