Clean property. The immediate neighborhood looks run down but location is very close to downtown

Great stay and wonderful hostess

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our needs. It is close to UNC-A and not far from the restaurants on Merrimon. The house is well-stocked. It was very clean. The towels are fine. It is a double-wide, I guess, but who cares. Many of the older houses in the area are the same. We needed one level for elderly parents, and those are hard to find in a mountain area. It was perfect for us. The neighbors are nice.

Very clean and comfortable

The house was all ready for us when we arrived with the air conditioning already on and a bottle of wine in the refrigerator, which was very much appreciated after a 13 hour day of traveling. The location was perfect for our needs. I had to reach out to the owner once and she responded immediately. Clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs.

Misrepresented.

We wouldn’t have found it if we hadn’t seen the mail box. The neighborhood is not pleasant. It is a double wide mobile home. The two porches are lovely. But you can not enjoy sitting outside due to the traffic noise from the Interstate. Backyard was great for our dogs. Inside was very clean. Nice amenities in the bathrooms, except for frayed towels and rug. There are only 2 window A/C units, so air flow in bedrooms 2 & 3 is limited unless you open the doors. Thank you for the lovely bottle of wine. It was very good.
