Make a reservation that had two queen beds. When we got to the room there was one king bed. We when back to front desk they said they over booked and our child can sleep on the couch or roll out bed. They didn’t want to correct their issues!! Very disappointed I always thought customer service first!

Didn’t like we couldn’t get clean towels and no hand soap in bathroom. They only offer maid service every other day. But we were unable to get clean towels because they were in the laundry. I door malfunction and we couldn’t get in. They were quick to repair the door. Staff was nice and friendly. Check in was easy and quick.
