We enjoyed our quick stay. The room was clean and it was just what we needed for our visit. They only had valet parking which is fine, but when you have kids who forget things in the car and your vehicle was parked 2 blocks away it made it inconvenient to be able to access your vehicle. Otherwise great stay and the food in the restaurant was delicious!

Our check-in was delayed but we were given a late checkout for our inconvenience. I guess it was quick turnaround for it being busy but the room’s cleanliness lacked a great deal. The rugs needed to be vacuumed and there was a lot of pilling between rugs and one of the couches. The were handprints on countertops and crumbs on table chairs and the living quarters coffee table. There was also a little make up, it appeared, on one of the pillow cases. I was so excited and loved the room but the cleanliness was disappointing. Otherwise nice room and beautiful view!

Room was very clean and modern. Great room bathroom with large shower was a plus. The beds were comfy; I don't sleep well in hotels but that night I did! Check-in was a breeze; JR was great and friendly. Valet service was good and friendly just wish we didn't have to pay $30 per night and have to be out by 1pm. The full 24 hours would have been great; we would have eaten lunch in town. Seriously, how hard would that have been. Okay 23 hours, because I know they would be busy getting cars parked for the new reservations. The "bar" is really nothing more than the breakfast area serving drinks from 5-10, no ambiance, no light food but plenty of places in walking distance. The show we attended was walking distance also. Breakfast was not complimentary, but the omelets were good, service was a little slow but not a dealbreaker. We would come back and stay when seeing another show in town. We don't live far but avoid driving at night, so this worked for us especially around Christmas.
