This was a very nice hotel with super friendly employees. We appreciated the tiny store in the lobby because it had want we needed. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. and centrally located near the Biltmore.

Having stayed at some Motels, classified as "Potels", which is derogatory and a slur, I found this Potel completely different. No compatriots and relatives employed there. Efficient and safe, a pleasure to be in. I would recommend everybody to not be deterred by the fact that it is Potel and go ahead and walk in. It is a pleasure. They are also not complying with Federal orders of DUI. I saw the kind of people the ICE agents normally go after, quietly working there, which was a welcome change. Mexican women are hard working and a staple of the Hotel Industry..

There should be a heads up for this

It was an absolutely horrible experience. I had just gotten into town about 1:00 in the morning had the room already purchased, and when I got there I was not able to actually take possession of the room. The guy at the front desk told me that they did not accept prepaid cards although I had already paid for the room through hotels. So I was not allowed to stay there. I had to stay in my car because of this.

The property is very nice. Appears to have been a recent remodel of the entire house. There is plenty of space for the family. Parking can accommodate 4+ vehicles with 2 covered spots. There is a huge den with a large screen TV and surround sound. Plenty of seating for about 10 people. Large outdoor area with grill and seating for everyone. The house is in a neighborhood a little ways from Broadway. But is not a bad transit to Broadway. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood except when the train comes through about a block away. Not that loud, but noticeable in front of house. Overall, this is a perfect property for a large family on vacation to Nashville. Really no complaints.

It’s not dog pee

We visited this Quality Inn in Asheville from Chattanooga to support local businesses after the floods, and we brought our dog along for the trip. Overall, we had a good time exploring the area. The room was perfectly adequate—nothing to write home about, but it met our needs. However, the continental breakfast was disappointing, probably the worst I’ve had at a hotel of this caliber. I’ve stayed at other Quality Inns and had a much better experience with the food. The real issue came after we checked out. We were charged a $250 fee for pet urine on the bed. This caught me completely off guard. Our dog never sleeps in the bed—he actually prefers his kennel, where he stays when we’re not in the room. The hotel claimed there was a bright fluorescent stain on the sheets, and as soon as I heard that, I knew exactly what it was. I have a medical condition, and unfortunately, what they saw was stomach bile—not pet urine. I understand how it could have been mistaken, but I immediately tried to reach out to the hotel to explain although it’s embarrassing. Despite multiple attempts, no manager has returned my calls, and when I contacted corporate, I was told they couldn’t help because this location is a franchise. The lack of accountability and communication has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve always tried to support Choice Hotels, but after this experience, I’ll likely avoid Quality Inn properties altogether. I just hope others have a smoother stay than we did.
