We enjoyed our girls weekend at Skylaranna, we would have enjoyed the bar or restaurant being open after our drive up but unfortunately it was not yet open for the season. The website is deceptive. The two hot tubs were not being heated Monday through Friday. The room stayed 75 degrees, despite turning the temperature down to 64 on the ancient HVAC unit in the room. Even opening the window, the room stayed hot. The property was staff less. So, no option of a speedy fix. For a spa, it’s not comfortable

The hotel staff was amazing! Minor glitch with the heating system on the wall that didn’t work. The owner came in the next day and shared that there was a remote control for a new wall unit which we were unaware of. All in all is was a great stay!
