Enjoy all that Asheville has to offer from our charming 1930’s bungalow. Recently renovated inside & out this sweet & cozy space features an eclectic mix of vintage, industrial & farmhouse touches. We tried to capture AVL's artistic energy through some of the finishes, artwork and furniture pieces that were handcrafted locally. Two guest rooms sleep up to four people and are comfortably appointed with beds and soft linens that were chosen to delight and encourage some great snuggling.

There is a private driveway for one car but for those times that you prefer to leave your car or bike behind, an Uber or Lyft ride to downtown is just $10-12. Less than 5 minutes to Beaver Lake & UNCA, 10-15 minutes to Biltmore Estate, Omni Grove Park Inn, Highland Brewery and Blue Ridge Parkway. There's lots to see and do.

Two guest suites – Guest suite one features a luxurious queen-sized upholstered bed and a calm color palette. Guest suite two offers two twin beds with toppers for “sink-into-the-bed” comfort. Twin beds can be pushed together for a king sized retreat.

Asheville has an amazing food & beer scene, but if you prefer to eat in, the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. Butcher block countertops, apron-front sink, handcrafted island with live edges, induction stove top, microwave oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Kuerig coffee machine, and toaster. If grilling is your thing, spill out into the large deck and enjoy the spring weather as you barbecue on the gas grill. Ingles Supermarket is less than one mile down the road and Trader Joe’s is close by, too.

After a day of exploring and hiking trails, kick back and enjoy the 42" smart TV to stream apps like Netflix and Hulu or use the super fast WiFi on your mobile device.

Our “Little Gem” is in a safe family neighborhood that is up and coming; 10 minutes away from some of the most awesome eateries, breweries and music venues in downtown Asheville. It’s a great base location to explore all that Asheville and the surrounding areas have to offer.

FULL DISCLOSURE: The house is situated very close to the highway and as such, there can be road noise. We take the comfort of our guests seriously and have installed sound machines in the guest rooms to help block out ambient noise. The sound machines have various options of “white noise” known to promote sleep. We also provide complimentary wellness amenities that include a lavender scented sleep mask, cushy ear plugs and slippers.

If you’re looking for a mountain retreat, this is not the place for you.

And finally, we use home automation technology to help us operate more efficiently. The August smart lock and keypad, Nest video door bell, Nest fire and carbon monoxide alarm, and Nest thermostat are all encompassed in the system. The door bell has an integrated camera so that we can answer the door remotely. We respect the privacy of our guests. As such, there are NO CAMERAS IN THE INTERIOR of the house. The only camera is integrated into the bell on the exterior of the house.
